DTE Energy makes it easy to start your utilities service online. Make sure to have your Social Security and driver’s license on hand. Click here and follow the instructions. Be sure to submit your work order at least 10 business days prior to your move. You can manage your bills and service online after registering.

Get your water and sewerage services activated by contacting the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department customer service department. You can also visit the downtown customer service center for assistance at:

Some properties and general areas only support specific service providers.
